Ogi and Oba’s June 19, 2009

Thoughts that was funny!

Currently at my grandparents’ house  about to eat something. I’m not really hungry though – I had a pack of sour gummy worms from Cracker Barrel, a chocolate frosty and small fry and Cesar salad from Wendy’s, and a nutella sandwich. It was all awesome. Now my tummy hurts. :[

My grandparents have two cats also – Bailey (he has a snaggle tooth and crooked smile) and Mr. Stubbs (he’s missing his tail – it’s just a little stump that he wags like a dog’s tail). I love their kitties!!

I’M 16 TODAY!

I expect gifts. -_-

Not really but I wanted to add that cause I could.

I have to get up early tomorrow because some friends of my grandparents’ are in town and we are going to breakfast with them, then my Ogi and Oba (granddad and grandmom, respectively; it’s Japanese, and it is what we have called my Mom’s parents since we (we being my siblings and I) were very very little) are gong to a fancy restaurant for dinner then to a play at a very cool theater. I think it’s going to be  a lot of fun. Then the day after that (Sunday) I catch a shuttle to the camp!

I can’t wait – I’m sooooo exited!

Yet I am really tired after staying up til one this morning packing. I need a lot of stuff to survive a month! But I’m not allowed to bring my iPod, my makeup, and my phone. :[ I’m gonna miss you guys!!!!

But only until I get there! Then I will be too occupied with horses, water, caves, rocks, and other people. Just kidding – I will think of everyone often.

Ooohh! On the way here (Ogi and Oba’s home) I got to mess around with the gps in their car!! Oba (Oji wasn’t with us for the drive) let me change the language settings all over the place – we went through Australian and British accents, Plotski or something, some language I can’t type because it is a different alphabet, Magyar, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, and many others! It was like a weird game!

Oba is singing about how we need vegetables after our “million calorie shakes” from Wendy’s. I don’t want stir-fry veggies…

Well, I’m out of things to type about…maybe I’ll have more tomorrow!

End of the Year!!!!! June 18, 2009

School is OVER!!!!!

I am currently sitting in Japanese 4 class with Cindy, my buddy who actually speaks this darn language, because we just finished our final exam. Which was hard. For me. Cindy probably aced it… :)

Our T.A. (teaching assistant; “Ann” for privacy purposes) is here too. She doesn’t do much teaching, she just sits in here and makes sure we dont burn down the school, destroy the cameras that show us to the other school on distant learning, or play too many tricks on our evil sensei. She’s not really evil, she just can’t teach. This year has been such a pain in here thanks to her….that and the fact that this dumb distance learning thing SUCKS. We have had sooo many technical difficulties this year…it’s funny! But annoying.

Cindy just said she should copy down this address to send to sensei.

Yeeeaaaahh…….So.

I’m bored.

Ooh! Forgot to tell you all that I’m off to camp tomorrow – I leave early in the morning and will be gone for a month so if you don’t hear from me (which you won’t cause we can’t use electronics) then that’s why. It’s gonna be sooo much fun! Rock climbing, white water rafting, horseback riding, and other stuff. And a ZIPLINE!!!! :DDDD I love those things…

I’m going because it was either that or I have to go to Father Dearest’s house for all of July.

I chose camp. Obviously.

I’m sure you all can guess why thanks to past readings!

TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Sweet 16!

Cindy says happy birthday. And laughed that I’m typing what she says. I love you Cindy!!!! We’ll all miss you when you move. :’(

Make sure the kids next year don’t break too much, kill each other or sensei….you know the drill!

Cindy asked me how many people read this thing, and I replied that about 8 people are frequent visitors. Ann added that they are all the crazy people who like to hear me rant about “stupid stuff.” SHE’S JUST JEALOUS!
